It’s been a busy first half of 2025 for Matt McLaughlin & Associates! The team has over 90 written transactions and has listed 60 homes to date, 20% and 40% more than the same period in 2024, respectively. The team remains the top performer at F.C. Tucker Company.
As for the local market, the first six months of the year provided some surprising data in the markets we reviewed. Higher-end markets, with average sales prices above $700,000, saw an increase in homes sold. Not all of those markets, however, saw a rise in average sales price. Nearly all markets recorded a quicker average time on market. Most interesting, though, is the number of homes on the market. Many areas are seeing more signs in the yard.
