The market data is less consistent this month with some areas reviewed showing an increase in sales – Washington Township overall, Butler Tarkington, Meridian Hills & Williams Creek, & Zionsville, and others showing a decrease – Meridian Kessler, Carmel, Westfield, and Chatham Hills – Custom Market. Notable is the change in the time on the market for many areas either noting a faster sales time or only a slight increase in time on market as compared to September of 2023. All markets are indicating nearly two weeks on average for time on the market. This is a big change from what we have seen in years past.
