Better late than never! Here’s how the numbers shook out for October 2023. All markets reviewed saw an increase in homes on the market relative to the number of homes sold in October with many nearing the “balanced” market range at 3 months of inventory. Average sales price continues to creep up in many markets, including in Zionsville where the average sales price is close to $925,000 in October.
