As we look back at November 2023 around Central Indiana, less and less seems consistent throughout the markets. While many markets remained static with little to no change over the year prior, the luxury market in Washington Township saw a 150% increase in transactions and a 15% increase in average sales price. It is important to keep in mind that so much about real estate is local and while things may change more drastically on the coasts, the midwestern market tends to see lesser peaks and valleys.
