The data for November reveal a decline in transactions in every market we reviewed – this is the first time this has occurred all year. While this may seem to cause some concern, November is often a slower month in more typical years. Many of the markets continued to reflect an increase in average sales price, some by double digits, while the time on the market was less consistent.
