Midway through 2022, we see a leveling off from the fever pitch pace of the previous 24-36 months. Prior to the pandemic, one would expect a market with an inventory at or near 3 months of available homes for sale. And as we review the current market, it appears we are approaching those levels at this time. In nearly every submarket identified in this report, we see a plateau in homes sold and an increase in the average sales price.
