In reviewing several markets, it appears that there are more homes available for sale than in months past. Months of available inventory is above 1 month in nearly every market reviewed, apart from Carmel, which is just a tick below the 1-month mark at .95 months. Additionally, we see an increase in time on market for nearly every market, except for the Washington Township Luxury Market where homes sold about 4% faster than this time last year.
