While the marketplace has been unpredictable in the last 72 hours, the month of May looked as much as the first 4 months of 2022 did. With few homes for sale, low-interest rates, and many buyers seeking their next home, the market moved fast, and prices continued to rise. Many of the areas reviewed saw an increase in average sales price by double digits.
