The summer market is on for Matt McLaughlin & Associates! We've been busy with over 20 closings, 17 pendings, and 10 listings. The numbers are in for the rest of the market too. Generally, there has been a slowdown in sales throughout Central Indiana, while the average sales price continues to ramp up. Many markets continue to see longer days on market before an agreed upon sale as well. Conversely, the luxury market in Washington Township (homes priced above $1 million) saw an 11% increase in transactions, was relatively flat in average sales price, and homes sold on average 17 days faster.
