In reviewing the data for Central Indiana, we see a common trend in all of our year-over-year comparisons, a drop in homes sold. This is the first time this number is so consistent across all but 2 markets – Butler Tarkington and Meridian Hills & Williams Creek. Markets with less than a $1,000,000 average sales price continue to be impacted by a lack of available inventory, with less than 2 months of available inventory and many homes selling on average between 30 and 60 days.
