Better late than never! These first few weeks of April have had us busy, busy, busy. I think it is safe to assume the Spring market is upon us. And it may have started to heat up a bit at the end of March too.
In looking at the data from March, average sales prices in many of the sub-markets we reviewed continue to rise. Time on market, however, looks to be trending slower this month, some by triple-digit percentages. Since we are looking at this data so far into April, our experience to date this month has been a faster market, with 5 of 6 listings last week selling in 24 hours. We’ll have to see what the April numbers tell us at month's end.
