July 2024 marked the first month of new regulations industry regulations regarding buyers’ agent commissions and what was thought to be a big shake-up. While some markets recorded a touch of a slowdown in transactions, many saw a continued increase in the average sales price and average price per square foot. The pace of the market has slowed in some areas – the average change in much of Washington Township and Hamilton County is less than 10 days.
