The last 45 days have been busy, and we are late to get July numbers out! In reviewing the neighborhoods and communities as we have in the past, we see a contraction in transactions, a slowing of the timeline of sales, and an increase in sales price in nearly every market. Meridian Kessler remains an outlier with an 18% increase in transactions, an 11% increase in average sales price, and homes selling on average 2 days faster than last year. For most buyers’ agents, the inventory feels more constrained than the current numbers. We still have many buyers seeking homes.
