July’s results were largely mixed, with all markets reviewed showing a decrease in transactions, but both average sales price and the time in which homes were on the market were less consistent. Notably, some markets including those in Washington Township, have more homes available than have been recorded recently, with Meridian Kessler and Butler Tarkington showing an absorption rate greater than 1.5 months.
