Reviewing the February numbers, we were excited – for sellers – to see a trend in a quicker pace of sales for 2025. On average, most markets reviewed had an average of fewer days on market than that of February 2024. Most markets did report fewer homes sold in the month as compared to the year prior, likely due to a smaller number of homes for sale than in years past.
