As noted by the recent reports in the media, existing home sales throughout Central Indiana continued to decline in February. This report details some Central Indiana neighborhoods along the same trendline. However, a few remain consistent with last year’s sales or saw an increase in homes sold, including Washington Township, Meridian Kessler, and Westfield. The increase in average sales price remains consistent across nearly every market reviewed, despite a more balanced marketplace with inventory levels nearing the 3-month level.
