This month’s report is less consistent than previous reports. The biggest outlier was in the Washington Township Luxury Market with 15 transactions as compared to 3 in August of 2023. The only other markets with an increase in transactions were the Meridian Hills & Williams Creek markets and Westfield market, all others recorded fewer transactions this month as compared to last August.
