As the year progresses we continue to hear more discussion of a "shifting market", and while there are broader market trends impacting much of the country it is essential to remember that real estate is always local. With that, we continue to keep an eye on the markets that we work in day to day. In our local markets, we saw more mixed results than in months past with less consistent year-over-year increases or declines. Fewer homes for sale continue to drive the number of homes sold down and the average sales price up in most markets we reviewed. Take a look at the numbers below.
