The spring market is ticking upward! Many of the areas we reviewed recorded an increase in transactions – Washington Township, Butler Tarkington, Washington Township Luxury Market, Carmel, Westfield, and Chatham Hills – and some recorded fewer average days on the market – again Washington Township and its Luxury Market as well as Meridian Kessler. Inventory levels are declining making the market a bit tougher for buyers.
